Question : was there anything sky could have done to stop you leaving their broadband service?
My answer:
This broadband & it's connection to my #sky HD box was substandard throughout my contract, ever since I have tried to take advantage of all sky on demand services. Considering it took me a whole night sometimes to download a movie, it's an expensive deal to continue sky subscriptions. I'm considering dumping the whole of sky's services as I think I'm just an idiot watching people being offered free & cut price deals & my subscription as a whole is approaching £95 per month & the broadband speed is ridiculous. Sky give out free laptops to other people, but not to customers who've been loyal for over 10 years & never really asked for (nor was offered) any benefit for my loyalty. Hope that explains. Vodafone seem a little hungrier, Customer orientated, and a hell of a lot friendlier.
