In their quest for truth
They master lies
The skies bore witness
And the ridiculous
meticulous sham takes shape.
The conscience dulled,
Subconscious opens
And locusts soon appear,
The fear of light subdued and quelled,
Darkness swarms, everywhere.
As night falls,
The skin is eaten,
Stripped, digested,
Infesting hoards,
Holes of dirt and tombs of earth,
Silent dirges, rotting corpses.
Sun is rising, in the silence, in the flies and stench of war,
pure among the whoring nations,
free from filth and free from time,
all aligns to take its time.
All is fine. All is fine.
