Fighting social institutions

Social institutions -  such as those providing education, health care, defense, government & its associated administration services, etc - underpin life in our countries.

The practices of these social institutions define behaviour in society for its inhabitants. This is maintained through discourse.

Much discourse is also now provided by private enterprises such as media & consumer service organisations. These profit preserving mantras, inseparable from the entertainment machine's commercial product is presently winning domination of the national discourse(s) in our nations.

There's no limit to what they'll try to do to us as we set these ideas free.

I've been having much discussion lately about effective teaching styles' clash(es)  with consumerism & increased consumerization of for profit higher education. I've also been secretly considering in my own mind just to myself & not speaking with anybody else at all, about the importance of "matching" service delivery agent demographics & psychographics to those of the provider's main target markets.

This isn't a news flash to people who think about stuff,  anyway. If course, also there's little in love we all have in common, outside of being consumers. As such we all know relatively what constitutes crap service even if we have absolutely NFI what the provider is actually doing for us or how. Let's not get concerned with why, either. So you see how complex this issue is?

If that's the case & the company's evaluations of their own commercial offerings depend on customer opinion, then it seems more needs to be done about helping customers to be able to effectively understand what constitutes effective service delivery.

Are u following all this?

The problem is that different kinds of services are different, obviously. Mass production services require basic, core standardisation (this is very good if ur trying to force equal opportunities policing in an organisation).

Don't think I'm being mischievous just because I'm telling the truth.

Any thoughts of your own on any of this, or u maybe prefer to silently try & absorb what I'm telling you?
